Alongside her career as a songwriter, Sharon has always enjoyed revisiting and re-arranging the classics of blues, soul, pop and folk. She grew up listening to an eclectic palet of music. To name a few of her influences : Led Belly, Aretha Franklin, James Brown, Neil Young, Joni Mitchell, James Taylor, Cat Stevens, Renaissance, Yes, King Crimson, The Doors, Janis Joplin, Canned Heat, Traffic, Jimi Hendrix, Weather Report, Return To Forever...among others.
Eric has explored an important part of the French and American folk, country & rock repertory for the past 40 years, After studying the American and French (Brassens, Brel, Ferré…) repetory as well as accompanying diverse singers and musiciens in the French musical scène, Eric has created his own unique style using audacious harmonics and bold inventiveness. He has become one of THE specialists of the finger-picking style in France…
With years of stage expérience and an admiration for the same repertory, it’s not surprising that these two musicians got together.
The songs that make up their repertory are the great classics that we are so familiar with, yet when we listen to the renditions of Sharon & Eric, it’s as though we’re discovering them for the first time.

Parallèlement à sa carrière d'auteur-compositeur, Sharon a toujours aimé revisiter et réarranger les classiques du blues , de la soul, de la pop et du folk.
